Order processing may take up to 1 to 3 business days for products in stock or 15 to 20 business days for those that are not in stock. Delivery can vary from 5 to 8 working days. We provide free shipping for the orders delivered in EU-countries and Republic of Moldova.

As your dress is made especially for you, to your dress size and height, we cannot offer returns. All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing is of the highest standard.
In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a replacement or repair. In the case of a manufacturing fault you must notify us by email regarding your intention to return your order within 2 days of your receipt of the item at email@example.com, with the item returned within 7 days. If we receive the product after this term we won’t be able to refund you. We advise you to return your order with DHL, the shipping cost of returns is the customer's responsibility. Return cost may vary from 80 euro to 200 euro depending on package volume and distance.
If you are unhappy with the quality or finish of your dress, Julia Helena will assess the garment to determine whether it passes Julia Helena quality control, and is consistent with a handmade, embellished product using natural fibres and delicate luxury fabrics. If the garment does pass, no refund, repairs or alterations will be offered. If the garment does not pass our quality control checks, we will do everything in our power to correct or fix any faults in a timely manner.
